A Tradition Rooted in Community

Yoder Day exists to celebrate the traditions, craftsmanship, and community spirit of Yoder, Kansas — bringing families together for a day of joy, connection, and cultural appreciation.

Yoder Days began as a way to celebrate the Amish and Mennonite roots of our small Kansas town — and it’s grown into a beloved tradition that draws families from near and far.

Every fourth Saturday in August, Yoder comes alive with buggy races, homemade food, hand-crafted goods, and the kind of community you don’t find just anywhere.

It’s more than a festival.

It’s a living story — and you’re invited to be part of it.

Our Board

Our board is made up of community-minded folks who care deeply about Yoder and the traditions that make it special.

Each one brings their own experience, passion, and heart to the table — and together, they help keep the spirit of Yoder Days going strong.
